At SkinThera Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging


Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items purchased during promotions or sales

Requests made after 7 days of delivery


Refund Process

Once your request is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
